我公司系国内最早研制、开发、生产双活塞齿轮齿条式气动阀门执行器的工厂之一。早在90年代初期，我司引进美国先进技术，成功开发生产了ALPHA系列A型不锈钢执行器。1999年，2003年我司运用工业美术设计技术和多项国家专利技术，又相继开发生产了ALPHA系列B型和ALPHA系列C型铝合金执行器。其中，B型铝合金执行器最大规格达到600(缸径)，属国内首创产品；C型铝合金执行器与国际上最先进的第四代执行器并驾齐驱。

我司生产装备精良，拥有数控车床、数控钻床、多功能群钻、精研机等高精尖生产设备，执行器的年生产能力达到20万台以上。我司紧跟国际气动技术潮流，勇于创新，不断研制开发气动执行器新技术，拥有四项国家专利。我司生产的气动执行器连续工作寿命已达到或超过欧美等国同类产品的水平。迄今为止，我司已成为是国内系列最多、规格最大的齿轮齿条式执行器的专业生产厂家。

Our company is one Of the earliest manufacturing works which research，develop and produce rack and pinion pneumatic actuator in China．As early as in 1993，we introduced USA technology and successfully developed and produced ALPHA A Series Stainless Steel Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuators with double acting and spring return．In 1999 and 2003，We successfully developed and produced ALPHA B and ALPHA C Series aluminum Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuators respectively．ALPHA B Series offer the same model sizes from 32 to 600 in which the one of size 600 is the biggest Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuator in China．ALPHA C Series is our newly-designed pneumatic actuator which features and characteristics have kept pace with the 4m generation pneumatic actuator in the world．

Our company have advanced and precision work equipments，such as numerically controlled lathes，numerically controlled drilling machines，multifunctional group drilling machines and high precision polishing machines，etc．Which offer production flexibility with the best quality and lowest cost．Our actuator production capability has reached to 200,000 sets yearly．We keep in step with the advanced international air control standards and make innovations in technology constantly．Up to now，we have owned 4 patented technology．Based on advanced production capability and innovative and patented technology，our actuator's cycle life is up to 1 million now．
