大规格阿尔法气动执行器在5巴压力下，输出的最大扭矩高达43000牛米，广泛应用于石油、化工、天然气和大型水利工程领域。大规格气动执行器的主要规格有αS-500DA(SR)，αS-600DA(SR)，执行器的三大件(缸体、活塞、齿轮轴)均采用优质碳素结构钢。
Large Specification ALPHA Actuator provides an output torque up to 43000 Nm at 5 Bar supply air. This kind actuators are extensive used in the area of petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas and water conservancy project. The major models of Large Specification Actuator are αS-500DA(SR) and αS-600DA(SR). The body, pistons and pinion were made of high quality carbon steel insuring the high quality of actuator.

增强型阿尔法气动执行器 STRENGTHEN ALPHA ACTUATOR PROFILE

为满足大规格、大扭矩阀门对执行器的经济选型要求和特殊安装空间的工程要求，我司开发生产了多系列，多规格的增强型阿尔法气动执行器。这类执行器在相同的缸径缸体内增加了二个辅助活塞，在相同的气源压力下，可获得双倍的输出扭矩。增强型阿尔法气动执行器的安装尺寸可参照对应的阿尔法系列执行器。
We developed and produced ALPHA strengthen actuators with many series and models in order to satisfy requirements of the economical sizing for large size and large torque of valves and the special mounting space. Armed with two auxiliary pistons, the strengthen actuators provides a double output torque at same supply air.

特殊行程阿尔法气动执行器 SPECIAL STROKES ALPHA ACTUATOR PROFILE

为满足不同类型阀门及机械自动化的驱动要求，我司可根据客户要求定制不同行程(例60°、120°、145°、180°、360°等)的阿尔法气动执行器。双作用特殊行程阿尔法气动执行器的输出扭矩和安装尺寸可参照对应的阿尔法标准系列执行器参数表。
In order to meet the special requirements of control valve we produced special strokes ALPHA actuators on costumer request (e.g. 60°,120 °,145°,180°,360°etc.). The output torques and mounting Dimension of special strokes ALPHA actuators with double acting can be found by consulting the relative tables of ALPHA standard series actuators.

三位式阿尔法气动执行器 THREE POSITION ALPHA ACTUATOR

三位式阿尔法气动执行器是一种特殊规格的执行机构，提供了0°，45°，90°或0°，90°，180°的三位式操作方式。中间位置是依靠两个辅助活塞的移动产生的机械制动来实现的。中间位置是可调的。如90°行程的执行器能提供20°，30°，50°，70°等的中间位置。其工作原理中下：
Three position ALPHA actuator provide an operation of 0°, 45°, 90°or 0° , 90°, 180°，The midway position is achieved by a mechanical stop of movement on the 2 auxiliary pistons. This midway stop positions adjustable. Example： 90°actuator can provide 20°, 30°, 40°, 50° , 70°etc. Following is the principle of operation：

1，全关位置。如图1所示，全闭位置是在气源进入4口， 2口排出空气后实现的。
1, Fully Closed Position
From chart 1 we can see that this position is obtained when air is supplied to port 4 and port 2 is in the state of exhaust air.

2，全开位置。如图2所示，全开位置是在气源同时进入2口和C口，4口和D口排出空气后实现的。
2, Fully Open Position
From chart 2 we can see that this position is obtained when air is supplied to port 2 and port C, meantime, port 4 and port D are in the state of exhaust air.

3，中间位置。如图3所示，中间位置是在气源分别进入2口和D口，4口和C口排出空气后实现的。在实现中间位置的过程中，气源供到D口，迫使辅助活塞向中心移动，推杆作为机械限位使内部活塞在设定的中间位置停止。
3, Midway Position
From chart 2 we can see that this position is obtained when air is supplied to port 2 and port D, meantime, port 4 and port C are in the state of exhaust air. In fact that the midway position is achieved by a mechanical stop of movement on the two auxiliary pistons.
